You should always feel safe when you provide us with your personal data and want to show with this policy how we ensure that your personal data is processed in accor­dance with appli­cable personal data legis­lation, GDPR.

What is personal data?

Personal data is any infor­mation that can be directly or indirectly linked to a living natural person, together with other data. This means that data such as name and contact details constitute personal data.

What personal data do we process about you and what is the purpose?

On Orbit One’s website, so-called cookies are used to make the website work effici­ently and visitors get the best experience. Cookies are small pieces of data that websites store on a device.

We base the processing of your personal data on a balance of interests. The processing of personal data may also be based on an agreement where there is to be able to fulfill our commit­ments to you as a partner.

Shelf life

Your personal data is only saved as long as there is a need and a colla­bo­ration between you and Orbit One AB.

Who do we disclose data to?

OrbitOne AB will not disclose personal data to another party but will only be used within the Group Company.

The exception is that we provide contact infor­mation for the delivery of goods to distri­butors.

OrbitOne AB is respon­sible for ensuring that your personal data is processed in accor­dance with appli­cable legis­lation

OrbitOne AB will, at your request or on its own initi­ative, correct, de-identify, delete, or supplement data that is found to be inaccurate, incom­plete or misle­ading.

You have the right to request access and recti­fi­cation of your personal data. We will correct the incorrect or incom­plete data as soon as possible at your request.

You have the right to delete your personal data. However, there may be legal requi­re­ments that we may not immedi­ately delete your personal data in, for example, accounting and tax legis­lation.

You have the right to object to personal data processing carried out based on a balancing of interests. If you object to such processing, we will only continue the processing if there are legitimate reasons for the processing that outweigh your interests.
